I’m Lily, a mindfulness teacher and coach, parent, daughter, and an advocate for joy and resilience.
ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Lily. I'm a mindfulness teacher & coach, and my other identities include being a parent, daughter, and a fellow human who loves all beings on this earth. I am passionate about harnessing the power of mindfulness practice to help others re-discover the beauty of their true nature, see the good in themselves, and live a life with greater purpose and more joy, calm, and resilience.
I teach mindfulness to business professionals, parents, educators, and children. I received my Mindfulness & Meditation Teaching Certification from the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center and studied under world-renowned mindfulness teachers and clinical psychologists Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and many others. My teaching is also informed by my work experiences in fields of education, business, and technology. I hold a B.A. in Economics with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

I teach mindfulness to children, parents, and educators. For children, I introduce fun, playful, & age appropriate mindfulness practices. For parents and educators, I help them reduce stress, and cultivate more joy & resilience in their families and classrooms respectively.
